CA. Naren Sheth joined MK in 1986 as Partner. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 1983, and a Commerce graduate from H.R.College, Mumbai University. CA Naren Sheth is also a qualified Information Systems Auditor (DISA). CA Naren Sheth heads the Management Advisory Services department of Mayra & Khatri (“MK”), which offers consultancy on various business and commercial matters, including valuations and business acquisitions, due diligence reviews, foreign investments in India including entry strategies, corporate finance and capital issues, joint ventures and overall business strategies.

CA. Naren Sheth also specialises in Management Audits and also has extensive experience in Bank audits and audits of Mutual Funds and Audit of Insurance Companies.  His core skills lie in understanding client's requirements and transforming them into satisfying results. Since over last 25 years, CA.Naren Sheth has obtained rich experience in almost every field, such as- Taxation Laws, Company Law, Auditing, Corporate Finance liaison, Non-Residents/Foreign Exchange Control Regulations, services relating to setting up of liaison/project office in India, etc.
